Job Description:

 

Help Desk Support

Provide helpdesk support for over 150 users in three offices in all firm applications, including: Hummingbird DM, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (*Access and Publisher a plus), Carpe Diem

 


Heavy telephone support

Maintain Complete Hardware inventory

Liaison for Hardware maintenance of printers/perform maintenance as needed.

Maintain copiers for printing/scanning.  Install
same for users.

Configure and support scanners and scanner
software.

Perform builds of new machines.  Equipment moves and changes.

Responsible for the Laptop & Projector Inventory/Reservations

Blackberry support (Some work with other Palm & Handheld Devices/ Installs)

Assisting in the preparation and setup of PowerPoint presentations and troubleshooting specific problems with presentations.


Research of product / hardware upgrades

Assisting in preparation documents requiring a greater level of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio expertise

Reproduction of various media (floppy disks, CDs) for document discovery requests

Provide helpdesk support for telephone system.

Application Installs

Law firm experience preferred.
