Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or Information Systems or related2+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft applications (Access, Excel) and interacting with clients in a business setting. Job Description:1. Provide programming and database support for mortgage advisory division. Maintenance and data analysis of mortgage portfolio data.Includes tape cracking and creation of databases, updating of loan portfolio data, performing queries, creating reports and working with the client or manager to ensure the database meets the client's needs. Candidate need to be skilled in Microsoft Access. This includes writing Access/VBA code, as well as action queries and being able to handle multiple databases simultaneously. (75%) 2. Prepare laptops and load databases for offsite due diligence jobs. Process completed due diligence data and merge back into master database. Prepare reports. (10%) 3. Post data onto our internal reporting systems and websites as needed (10%) 4. Provide technical support at various job sites located nationally for managers and underwriters to ensure all computers, networks, and software work properly. (5%) Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:- Programming: Access VBA , VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, VBScript, HTML- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access especially Access VBA - Knowledge of mortgage markets - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word - Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently. - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. |
